1.What joining gets you

A place in a queue and an email when we open in your market. Joining is not an account, not a contract for us to provide anything, and not a promise that we will open in your market, that you will be accepted when we do, or that any work, campaign or payment will follow. We may change, pause or close the waitlist at any time; if we close it, we delete what is on it.

2.The earnings figure is an illustration, not an offer

It is made by taking the average view count of up to 12 of your recent posts from the last 30 days and multiplying it by an indicative rate per thousand views that we set ourselves. Which means it:

• uses rates that are placeholders and will change;
• is a snapshot of the day you connected, never refreshed;
• describes what a campaign might pay at those rates - not what any brand has offered, agreed or budgeted;
• is not an offer, a quote, a guarantee or a prediction of your income;
• may be wrong, including for reasons outside our control, such as a platform withholding the view counts we would have priced.

Nothing here entitles you to be paid anything, and you should not make financial decisions on the strength of it.

3.Connecting an account

When you connect one you are confirming that you hold it or may act for whoever does, that connecting it does not breach that platform’s terms, and that the data it then shows us is yours to share. You must be 18 or over.

You are giving us permission to read, once, the figures listed in the privacy policy. We do not keep the authorisation. You can withdraw it from the platform’s own settings whenever you like - the privacy policy says where for each - though that stops future reads rather than deleting what we already hold; email us for that.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google or YouTube, and your use of their services stays governed by their terms. Connecting a YouTube channel also means agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service.

4.Emails

By joining you agree that we can email you about the waitlist and about opening in your market. That is what the list is for. There is no newsletter, we do not sell or rent your address, and every email has an unsubscribe link that takes you off the list.

5.Using the page fairly

Please do not try to break the page, script it, connect accounts that are not yours, or work around the rate limits - those exist because every connection spends part of an API budget shared by everyone. We can refuse or remove an entry where something looks abusive.

6.What we do not promise

The page is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that anything read from a platform is accurate - platforms withhold, delay and revise their own figures, and we show you what they told us on the day. To the fullest extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, earnings or opportunity arising from the waitlist or the figure. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7.Law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates. We may update them; the date at the top says when we last did, and where a change matters to people already on the list we will email them. Anything else: hello@getugc.com.
